Yep. I'm on cable too. Has been a real slowdown lately. But I honestly would hate to have to cut off "guests" to improve speed. |

We need to go back to members only on the forums. This started when we let guest back in and now there are 1147 guests browsing the forums and it takes about a minute to load a page. BTW I have cable so its not on my end. Agreed. |

Today ?? It's been like this or worse for some time now and it really SUCKS !! [:(]
Be glad you're on cable or DSL with your 3-4 minute loads. I'm stuck on dial up and it's more like 6-10 minutes or more...if at all sometimes. What the hell is going on and what's it going to take to fix it ? |

I wondered what the problem was. The past few days this site has been SLOOOOOOOOOOOW! I am on a T3, so speed on my end is normally great too. Very frustrating. I registered when I first found this site. If a guest really wants to participate, they will register. I plan on going the full membership sometime here in the near future. Was going to do it the other day and ended up using the dough to help out a fellow forumite.

I think guests should be limited to a total of 556 or 762 at any given time.

Yup. I have dial up. For each pageview I have a 502 failure then "reload" and then about 2 minutes of download time. Everyone who wants to be here needs to register.

The amount of visitors is strange but I think it's Server problems also.
It's too frustration to post. I got into it with someone the other day and couldn't get back on the site. Now I've cooled down and don't care about jumping back in their shit. Shame though, I had thought for two days what to post back. [8D] |
