Say I wanted to get parts kits and 80% or 100% frames to build a half dozen 1911s, where could I find them?  Who makes quality, who are the budget players, and what price can I realistically expect to pay?



PSA seems to be slowly working towards maybe offering kits, eventually, in the future, at an unknown date.  Maybe.  Are there any good sources today?  I did a lot of searching in 2013 and back then what I could find was going to cost ~$800/gun.

It's still going to cost more than buying a Remington with the current $100 rebate.
