I have found some old 9mm Ammo with Nazi markings on the paper casing. They are black cases and bullets and the date on package says 1942. I think they are for a mp40. Their are 10 rounds per package too. Anyone got any info on these?

Oh man - IF I RECALL CORRECTLY, they are sintered iron bullets?  But I thought they came along later in the war.

I think Roy Dunlap in "Ordnance Went up Front" talked about this ammo.  I dont have the book infront of me.

Don't shoot them, but sell them to a collector.

What are the markings on the box and on the casehead?
