As many here feel that George Bush's stance on the "assault weapon ban" renewal is merely a ploy, who is willing to you show their confidence in the president's strategy by selling ALL of your PRE-BAN "assault weapons" right now?

Nobody would want that old Colt anyway.

Come on people! With all of the "grand political strategy" talk going on I thought more than 8% would have faith in your president.

I am not buying anything. Just think, sell your pre-bans for top dollar now, and in 5 months you can buy all of the $2 NIW AR mags and $400 normal config AR15s to your heart's content.

I don't have any prebans [:(]

If I did, I prolly would've hocked them long ago.

$600 for a bayo lug and an uncomfortable collapsible stock [rolleyes]

I do not have any pre-bans...

However, assuming the ban DOES sunset, I will very quickly become the owner of a Kalishinkov 'assault shotgun' (de-bastardized Saiga 12), and my AR-15 will grow a bayo lug (can't do the FH thing easily, as I have a crowned/ringed barrel)...

So if the ban then got re-established (not that it will, but just in case), I'd then have some pre-bans...
