Group hug perp stomp is such a wonderfully descriptive phrase.
it conjured a very accurate image before I saw the vid, though I didn't imagine quite so many huggers. |

go doggies!
never understood why extra cops feel the need to jump in the pile, can't even get a hand on the guy |
|
|
I'm actually amazed they didn't unload into the guy after he tried to back up and the one cop and his k9 almost got wedged in and smashed.

Pretty good illustration of not being able to outrun Motorola.

The bigger saddleback shepherd bit the Malinois in the ass before it got into the car
|
|
so there were two dogs on scene right?
it looked to me like after the guy reversed, the first dog went in and started getting something to eat, then the second dog came in and latched onto the first dogs back end? Did I see that right? |
|
Holy fuck, he almost pinned that cop and his dog on his left. Surprised they didn't ventilate him then and there.
That scrum was frigging hilarious! |
|
Blocked out the camera - good job!
Everyone stand on the suspect because he will not stop struggling - good job. Why do stupid people run from the cops? Just stop when they want you to and it ends with much less pain. |
|
Wow. All that is is an example of shit training. Class A K9 work too
Good takedown, but fuck man, could it be any more sloppy? Not shocking for Miami though |

At the 5:12 mark the female reporter was quoting tweets and quoted someone named "Brenda" as "Wow...caught the "N"....canines tore him up". Does the reporter not know what "N" means?

Brings new meaning to the words ''monkey pile.'' I will say that sometimes, showing such a mob of cops [that can't all possibly do anything more then actually hinder the 4-6 attempting to cuff the perp] looks exactly like mopb behavior. I was expecting a couple in the back to make a flying leap over the closer one's to get into the game.
Loved the dogs going to town, you have to be a dumbass cop to get around a hyped up Cujo if you don't HAVE to get in close. As soon as he started backing up, they should have lit his ass up, unfortunately it was such a clusterfuck that it was a good thing they didn't or a few may have taken a hit or two. |

At 3:20 the cop in black uniform (upper right in the pile) looks up and points at the helicopter no doubt reminding the others that they are being watched. Right after that they all gather round for the group hug. |

2 things make these video awesome. At the 3:10 mark a cat goes through the hole in the fence. Officer near the rear of the car can't figure whether to use his Taser or gun. Keeps switching back and forth.
The K9 officer is lucky the suspect didn't have a gun. Let the dog jump in the car and do it's thing. Lots of bad shit in that video. |
|
That was a hell of a polyester pig pile!
They should have unloaded on that fucker when he started backing up. |

Holeeeee shit, what a clusterfuck.
The police car needed to pull up right behind that guy so he can't even move his car. Then the GSD taking a bite out of the Mal. Police were lucky none of them were killed, as far as the perp, I don't give a shit what happened to him, should have been shot the second he got back in that car. |

I have to compare the South African police behavior with that of our nations "finest"
SA cop chases the bad guys, cop is on a motorcycle, shooting and riding, has to be jacked up on adrenaline. Gets the bad guys stopped and off they go in handcuffs. No extra beatings handed out on the roadside. US cops go through a similar experience and every asshole with a badge in a 60 mile radius has to be in on the action. Pretty sad really. One of the many reasons I have no trust and little respect for the police. |

at 2:48 one dog is biting the shit out of the other dogs leg. I saw that too. Good bite by #1 dog. #2 wanted in on the action. The clear difference between a Malawa and German Shepard, the Mallawa was on target and even saw the car danger and jumped out of the way, then got back on target even while he Shepard was tearing into his ass. He walks away looking for more while that Shepard probably bit the piss out of anyone and everything nearby That GSD needs serious retraining. |

Jesus effen Christ on a crutch, I counted 48 police cars!
Does it really take that many to follow some super genius around till he steps on his dick and drives into an dead end alley? Don't get me wrong, I love a good chase, especially when they're relatively short, show some fur missiles in action and a little rough handling at the end to finish it all up, but having 50-60 guys there to pull it all off seems to be a little over the top. Frankly, to me, having a minimum of 50 cops all amped up and wanting in on the action to be pretty hazardous in general. Think if that dipshit decided to turn it into a shootout, it would be like a circular firing squad with lots of good folks getting hurt. I know it's all policy driven, but it just doesn't seem effective or a way of ending it quickly. |

If you think the cop is wrong address that later, in court if need be, but listen to the officer isn't so hard to do. "Stop means stop" right? So stop when told to. |

the only way that could have been any more hilarious is if the dog runs out from underneath the rugby scrum with the perp's nutbag in his teeth.
|
|
Love how the Malinois after getting bit in the ass is still trying to get after the perp while being dragged away. Seems they might have given the Mal a few extra seconds of alone time before pulling the guy out since he was a victim of blue on blue crime.
