Yes, I know there is a sub for knives but I see cool shit posted here in GD by people who aren't in the sub then forget what the title of the thread was and then get bored trying to search through every random knife related thread in GD.

This is what I usually carry for long bike rides:

A waved Spyderco Delica and a Kwaiken by Dynamik Blades aka Smithy

The last benchmade knife I bought was their adamas and did not like any knife they came out with since….not enough to preorder anyway

I actually have a hat that is a little bit like that (round brim) but it's green, made by outdoor research and I pretty much only wear it when I'm fishing in the sun. Lol

I promise the chance of me wearing a hat like those ones is very small.

Lucky.

We've got decent weather today but I'm on my way to go rent a trailer to take some junk to the dump.

I haven't carried this one for a while.

I made it to take on a work trip to Germany and Poland a few years ago.  It's a 1095 blade with peel-ply G10 and some harvested parts from a couple of junker folders. Attachment Attached File

It's called The OD1. It's pretty neat because the flipper gets hidden in the handle when it's open. It's not cool at the moment because I haven't carried it since I used to carry tip down so the clip is still setup that way.

It's a hot market around the cities, but we're looking for a little bit of property and while prices are probably high for what they used to be, the more rural areas are well within our expected budget.

I'm not sure I catch the hat reference.

I could be drawn to the place because I share certain traits with the locals .

It's cool to think about going somewhere that just passed constitutional carry and removed state regulations for sbs/SBRs while my state passes magazine and ghost gun bans.

Haha yeah that's half of Nashville.

One of the things I really enjoyed about the state was that even though the cities are turning a little purple- you get to see the Nashville liberals cry when conservatives smash down everything they propose. The state legislature is pretty great.

Honestly can't say I have a preference for BT over WT 101 or even OGD BIB, and would probably rate either of the latter just on higher proof. BT was never intended to rate as an expensive bourbon - good quality for the original price for sure, but nothing more. Fucking hipsters hyping things. I'll say the same a bout Weller. The 107 was a steal at $23 for sure, and a go to - it was never and still isn't a $60 bottle.

I don't mind OGD BiB, but don't think it stands on it's own well. It is better as a mixer.

WT 101 is solid. I do not recall how well it stands in it's own, but for the price point, it is an easy pick up. Even if they kicked me out when I went to the distillery.

Fuck Weller.
