Yes, I know there is a sub for knives but I see cool shit posted here in GD by people who aren't in the sub then forget what the title of the thread was and then get bored trying to search through every random knife related thread in GD.

This is what I usually carry for long bike rides:

A waved Spyderco Delica and a Kwaiken by Dynamik Blades aka Smithy

That's very clearly a modified wharncliffe because of the point and lack of the defining feature of the sheepsfoot, the down rounded nose to avoid stabbiness.

Don't confuse these poor bastards with your polite dithering.

More puzzling to me would be the Insingo. Rounds down like a sheepsfoot, put still a bit of a point...upswept wharncliffe...

Bone! Found it at SMKW for around $35 and is the German made model.

I love it so far as an everyday carry blade, especially for food prep.

I could have spent a little more time through each grit to improve the mirror finish.

This is just a cheap knife for fun. I won't baby it or anything.

I didn't realize that. Aside from the corners it does look familiar now.

I can't remember what they were originally priced at for retail, but I thought they were close to special F95 prices.

Is yours ground evenly? The one I got had bevels so out of whack that you could nearly see it across the room.

That's the key, erase the previous scratch pattern with each grit.

I change directions half way through each grit to break up the scratch pattern as well
