Yes, I know there is a sub for knives but I see cool shit posted here in GD by people who aren't in the sub then forget what the title of the thread was and then get bored trying to search through every random knife related thread in GD.

This is what I usually carry for long bike rides:

do dryer sheets really work to keep mice away when storing a car, or does it just make the car wreak like dryer sheets?

Mice don't really ever stay away because of scents. If you want the mice out of the car trap the mice.

I tried the dryer sheets, Irish spring soap, peppermint oil etc. Nothing really works except the small electronic traps that electrocute the little bastards! I've even had the traps work with no bait in them! They think it's a tunnel to inside the wall if you set it up right. Easy to check too! Just look for the flashing " I got one " light. I bought mine at the hardware store.

I like these too.  Makes for easy clean up as well.  Just dump it.  Mice are one of the only downfalls to having some acreage and living in the woods.  The main other one here is snakes.  I mostly leave the snakes alone though as they keep the mice population down.  Only had one (mouse) in the house in last four years.

No snakes in the house, but one did try.  Must've tried to sneak through hinge side of the storm door when it was opened. Not fast enough though.

I've never used those before. I normally use the spring traps with the yellow paddle. if you place them in the correct areas you can get catches without needing bait as the mice run across it and get caught.

I think I will too.  I might actually gift it to my Son in Law. Maybe
It's only $120 after my rewards point that I forgot I had. I was holding out for the Magnacut RSK anyway. And it still holds to my US made knives only mantra that I want to follow from now on too.

Going to be a bit of an experiment with the laser cutting. I also have some more tweaks I want to make to the design.

Oh and I have a prof who wants a knife but we aren’t going to talk specifics or price until after final grades are in.

Looks nice!

Also, your lanyard knot tool looks cool. I'd think it'd be pretty jealous though, after making so many lanyards, not to have one of its own.

I also disassembled the Sigma and stuffed a cord into the miniscule lanyard hole!(bastards!) I had to assemble it on the knife so it is none removable.
That doesn't work for me. I like to swap them around. Oh well! That's what scissors are for. I cut two in half today to steal the beads!!

It looks cool but that's a tricky one to pair. It will almost have to go on a very plain knife, like black or plain Ti, or it will clash.
