Some asshole couldn't pack his shit right, and dropped a propane tank on the highway.
 Hey you! You cock sucking, dickless, brainless, nutless, used douchebag consuming, shit eating, shit for brains, motherfucker!!!
I found it! With no where else to swerve to (heavy traffic), it bouncedlaunched off my front end. 
Then, continued to be used as a soccer ball on the highway. Just got the car out of the body shop 1.5 weeks ago, from when some asshole side swiped me.  Front bumper has hole and a nice sqaure foot combo of scratches and gouges.
FML!
I am gonna have a drink.

I saw a small car hit a hay bale on I-70 near Arvada one time. The bale looked damp/ a little green. I think the driver thought it would just blow apart like a fluffy bag of dry grass trimmings. It didn't.

Sorry to hear OP. glad you're ok.
If you're filing a claim, make sure to clarify that it bounced into your lane.. At least in ca, it will go under your comprehensive (hopefully lower deductible than your collision) and not be counted as your fault. Make sure to be absolutely clear, otherwise hung over slutty Suzy entry level phone rep will mark it as a collision and mark you at fault. |

I have a similar story, but no bad outcome from me.
It was Talladega race weekend and there was a guy pulling a camper and the propane tank came off the mount. It was hanging by the hose scraping the pavement with sparks flying everywhere.  I didn't hear anything on the news about it, so guess he pulled over soon enough.

I was driving up I-75 south of Atlanta not too long ago...some asswipe in a pickup truck did not secure the ladder in the back......could not swerve due to traffic....ran over the piece of shit. Could see the guy turn around and watch it...saw the look of "OH SHIT" ...then the little fucker took off weaving in and out to get away.
what a fucking pussy no damage to my truck ....ladder was toast Saw a tire come off a trailer not too long ago around Dallas GA...that sucker rolled into the other lane....right into traffic. I don't know why people do shit like that....not securing loads is dangerous |
