Insulin from all the carbohydrate metabolism, and insulin breakdown products/metabolites is probably related to androgens, which affects the pores, keratinization of the skin and oil production. And androgen levels are also why people usually get acne during puberty. So combine THAT with "Indian sanitation".. and there you go. Shrek dinner-candles popping out of nose pores. |

I don't like Vikram Yadav's channel much. It always comes off like he's looking down on his patients for their comedones. I'm not even sure his patients are aware of the uploads. You'll be better off watching Dr. Sandra Lee's channel. She's not annoying, very professional, always checking to make sure her patients have no pain, etc. Plus they all seem aware of the videos - and that they'll be uploaded to youtube. Quoted:
