Looks kinda like a Saturn SC2, but I doubt there are any on the road still.

Saturn would be too small
the silver car appears to be a lowered BMW

looks to me like a mid size sedan
which means it could be almost anything

ETA: I see they are saying its a 2 door
must be a reflection but I swear I see the dark black "post" between the doors of a sedan

The whites up high in the back make me think Honda or Toyota.

Here's a newer Toyota Corolla.

This was my initial thought because you can see what looks like amber in the wraparound taillights, but then again the red paint from the rear quarter panel goes upward into the rear windows, so my guess is an ION coupe.

Not to bust balls but you could take a shot of any car at that angle in that resolution and get about every answer under the sun.

What took this picture.  A nokia I had 10 years ago would take a better pic than that.

Damn that looks alot like it.

Spoiler
High taillights
Large rear passenger window

My money is on a recent Honda Civic coupe.
Rounded rear bumper, angular rear side windows, white reverse-light patch appears to be in the right place.
I have a comparison image, uploading now.

ETA:

Image that is being overlayed: (Honda Civic 2013 Si - Not a perfect match, but very close in some areas.)

What sells me is the wheel wells, the bumper outline, and what appears to be the reverse light reflector all line up perfectly. Looks like the head of the driver also seems to line up. Huh.
What doesn't line up: The spoiler area isn't exact. The rear windows have a similar shape, but are smaller in the picture of the subject car.
The spar containing the rear windows appears to also be at a different angle.

Assuming that is in fact what I'm looking at. Hard to tell with such a blurry, pixelated photo of a monitor of a crappy camera.

Indeed.  Next, compile list of known associates, and surf the DMV database for one that owns or relative owns that kind of car........

They’ll have better luck chasing down the rims (sometimes they are rented) or ear, nose, and throat docs  or ER (no insurance) for tinnitus.
