It's cool but for an offbeat shotgun I'd rather this little guy:

Some folks here will say otherwise, but I've had no issues with jams. Occasionally I may not rack the slide back hard enough which won't chamber a new round, but that is rare.

They were all over the gunshow today for $799.  But since my luck with Kel-Tec is about on par with my luck with Taurus, I passed them by.  But I saw at least 5 of them, new in the box, and this is a fairly small gunshow.

That's a good price, compared to what they were first going for, no?

No.  The Saiga is an ergonomic nightmare, not tremendously reliable with varied ammunition and uses the outdated 'hook and swoop' magazine insertion.

Check out your local Friends of NRA. KelTec is a great supporter and the Friends can often raffle or auction off guns that you can't get at the shop. Sometimes with special engraving too!

I've sold a bunch of them and the only one that's had a problem was one that really needed to be cleaned. After that it worked great.

I really want one of these bad. It will probably happen soon.

I haven't decided if I want one in black or FDE. I have a small fetish for FDE guns, but classic black is cool too.

The Aguila minishells are what sold me.

I have seen a few upset owners at the job trying to clear malfunctions.
Might have been self induced though, but I have too many special folks to watch at any given time.
The one I shot had quite a few failures to eject. It just also felt Really cheap.

I am excited to get my hands on one and see this phenomenon for myself. It seems like the shells could be pushed back into their respective holes to make way.

I could be very wrong though. My only experience with them was finger fucking one at the gun store a couple of weeks ago.

Only the Saiga isn't a bullpup.  You can convert it, although I did hear that the company making the conversion kits stopped production.

Mine failed to release a round from the magazine once on the first 3 or so rounds I shot it

after that its been fine

but I still wouldn't use it for anything important
