+1 for Street Dogs. I Actually grew up running around Savin Hill.

I find it hard to listen to after reading the lyrics. Stopped listening to DRI for the same reason. Much of it is leftist garbage.

Am I the only one getting tired of the whole "Celtic punk" thing?
At this point, I'm just like, "Oh, another punk band with pipes. That's original." |

For the oldsters, maybe you remember this 1982 documentary featuring teenage Social Distortion

View Quote While true, much of it is leftist drivel, you know what the beautiful thing about Punk Rock is? My favorite thing about punk rock (besides the music) is the fact that under ordinary circumstances, these guys/gals would not even be looked at by record companies. These people are out there doing what they love and making up their own rules and doing things their own way. They may not be the most talented musicians/song writers, but they make up for it with intensity and heart. It is not manufactured music like a lot of the other music is, and in many of these guys cases...they would create their own record companies, create their own venues, and make their own videos. Punk rock is all about doing what you love, despite what others say. |

Even though Fat Mike drank the liberal Kool-Aid, he's still the most successful businessman to come out of the punk rock scene. |
