Lose the same 50 pounds I was working on last year...get in better shape which reminds me, time to get off my ass and do my lifting routine.

Level 13 on the stepmill, interval setting, which is specifically 76 step per minute on the rest interval, using no handles, for 16 minutes.

Sub 10% body fat.

Go big or go home.

I'm pretty positive I could do it, but I will likely not put in the time and effort to get there. I'd be happy just to get close.

If meal prep wasn't such a pain in the ass it would be less of an issue.
