Spot of blood is normal. Pick it out of the pan with a fork if it bothers you.
Now if an embryo comes out, don't eat it. Also don't google "balut"

It's called a blood spot. Back in the 60's and 70's before the PC bullshit sue happy people came about it was not uncommon to get them from store bought eggs.
