His arsenal included a granola bar. |

"Carrying a firearm without a permit"? He must have had it concealed then, because otherwise you don't need no steenking permit.

I heard on the Portland radio station today that someone was carrying an AK during the protest. I am assuming it was in Portland but they didn't say for sure. He said the police were polite and professional, and let him go on his way with his rifle. The Police chief later said it was legal but not "very good" - or something to that effect. I didn't catch any more details, but I wish he would have at least mentioned his screen name during the interview

So my BOB is an arsenal......Pffft...
The dude forgot the most important thing....Milk. |
Good thing they took the pics of his granola bars & lighter.
He'll be sure to get those back when they release him. |

I do not think his weapons meet the definition according to Webster.
ar·se·nal \'ärs-n?l, 'är-s?- noun : a collection of weapons : a place where weapons are made or stored : a group of things or people that are available to be used Full Definition 1 a :an establishment for the manufacture or storage of arms and military equipment b :a collection of weapons 2 :store, repertoire <the team's arsenal of veteran players> |

What a small arsenal , He would not even make a canoe overturning on here

Is Seattle different from the rest of the state about illegal fireworks? I make a trip to southern Washington every year to pick up mortars and bottle rockets.
Primitive people counted one, two, three, many. Similar logic applies here.
I know women whose purse contents put that to shame.
Do you even prep bro? |
That shit will get ya at least as far as Martin Luther King Blvd.
But hey........you go to war with what ya got.....right? |
Just look at those high capacity calorie clips! More grains per chew!

What the fuck is that?
Taurus handgun, some Armscor ammo, and it looks like a franken-AR? Arsenal? Better not come out to rural Pierce County. We have jerky instead of granola bars and at least in my house, no Taurus firearms.
If that is an arsenal, if would hate to see what the contents of my car would be considered.

So fireworks are now "explosives"? They'd hate to see some of the boxes of the things I used to shoot off on the 4th and New Year's.

Fortunately he only lost what, $700-800 worth of guns and gear? Though odds are he can get it back.

I'd hate to see what they call my stuff if I ever end up on the news. If that's an arsenal, they would probably think I am some kind of black market arms dealer. Their heads would explode if they knew what some people on this website owned. They seem to think anything more than one gun or a box of ammo is excessive.
I've driven through Seattle on my way to LCR with a REAL arsenal. I shudder to think what would happen getting pulled over with 20+ guns, 100 lbs of tannerite, silencers, and a couple thousand rounds of ammo topped off with all the gear.
He was obviously defending himself against attacking raccoon, in the process
of grilling julienne granola bars. It's fairly obvious. ETA: No dual entendre implied by "raccoon" (seriously, I was referring to the potency of the 9mm (seriously)). |
I read it twice - saw no mention of an arsenal. They may have been a touch of hyperbole on OP's behalf.
I did find this, though: "This office will use every tool we have to get dangerous weapons off the street," Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes said in a statement released to the media. So - to be clear, they want the weapons but, the dangerous person is A-Ok.

So their definition of an arsenal is an AR 15 with one magazine, a S&W handgun with a 1/2 box of bullets, and one box full of fireworks (explosives)

I have no love for KOMO or any of the Seattle media but they didn't call it an arsenal. |
