Anonymous tip about one of the passengers? Something suspicious in one of the checked bags and they wanted to see who claimed it? I was on a flight once where ICE agents were waiting for somebody at the arrival gate. |

I was on a plane once, before 9/11, coming back from Puerto Rico, where 4 cops got ON the plane when it landed, and took someone off. No idea what the problem was, nor the outcome. Latino, not Arab.
That was interesting. |

I was on a plane where they pulled a guy off and arrested him.
We were on the tarmac, headed for the runway, when some idiot in the back of the plane lit up a cigarette. Several crew members told him to put it out. He wouldn't. They stopped the plane, and headed back to the gate. Armed uniformed officers came on board, put the guy in handcuffs, and took him off the plane. |
