I'll second the Nimravus Cub. I have one that I carry in a custom kydex rig behind my hip for a reverse grip draw. With this setup my draw and strike is one fluid movement, very fast.

For something really concealable I have the CRKT F4 Carson neck knife. You really can't even tell that your wearing it and it is a very good quality knife.
