Museum of flight. Worthy it fur the Blackbird, Concorde, Corsairs.
Pikes market if you like extremely crowded places. I can't spell it, but there's a large Asian mall, Owieamya is how it sounds. Good for Asian bird watching. ;) Otherwise, you can kill a day on the tourist trap wharf easy. Lits of cool stuff ther |

There is a florist shop named "Young Flowers." In the courtyard, right next to the shop in front of the Starbucks are Robert Graham's "dance column 1 and 2", two small bronze sculptures of nude female dancers, complete with hairless cameltoes.
Not worth making a special trip, but if you happen to be at 3rd and Spring, you should sneak a peek. I always thought it was funny given the name of the flower shop. |

Check out Pike Place Market and the water front. Also, if you have time the EMP is good for a few hours of entertainment.
If you have kids, the Pacific Science Center is cool and they have an IMAX Theater. Right now the are showing: - D-Day 3D: Normandy 1944 - Journey To The South Pacific 3D - Island of Lemurs: Madagascar 3D - Transcendence: The IMAX Experience Edit: Check out Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub. Is downtown in Post Alley. |

EMP is a good time. The piers/pikes place market. LeMay Car Museum. The Crab Pot for food or do the dinner Argosy cruise. Pyramid Ale House, or if you have a car go to the RedHook Brewery in Woodinville. The Glass Museum in Tacoma is supposed to be cool. Gun wise I dont know about Seattle actual but south a little ways you have Surplus Ammo & Arms Tacoma store and right down the street from that is the Bullseye.

I like Pike Place Market.
I've heard about the Weyerhaeuser bonsai collection and I'm a big fan of the little trees. It is apparently in Federal Way, but I was always on too tight a schedule to see it. Was the Kalakala ever fixed up? It was an art deco ferry from the 30's. - Never mind, it's a navigation hazard and too fragile to move. The Ballard Locks are pretty cool with the fish ladders and awesome Chriscraft cabin cruisers. There are also a bunch of houseboats that are actually floating houses rather than boats you live on. Go see the Experience Music museum and marvel at how Frank Gehry ever got a job as an architect. Pioneer Square. Seattle Underground. |

Everyone said 13 Coins for food, it was great! Then hit Snoqualmie Falls, have a beer in the Attic (overlooks the falls). Enjoy left lane campers and roads that are way way too loud. Like they dont know how to put a sealing layer on em or something.
Just walking around downtown was an experience... some sort of anime festival was going on when I was there so lots of "interesting" costumes. |
