He's not backed into a corner. He's still the most powerful leader in the free world. He still gets to go golfing 3-4 times a week and take extravagant vacations close to a half dozen times a year.

If I were in Congress I wouldn't even show up. He's irrelevant, knows it, and is going to be doing the equivalent of telling Joe Biden to hold him back on national television.
