Im going to explain how my username came about...
Everyone seems to think that I am Some mid-eastern guy or somthin because of my user name. not the case.. About 6 or 7 years ago when I first got the Internet, I signed up for a Hotmail account I wanted a username that didnt have any numbers in it. I didnt want JASON73487 or anything like that. So I thought of about 50 usernames that I wanted, they were taken so then I tried every word I could think of and they were taken too.. At the Time I was reading the Ramayana for school, some Indian mythology book, and I just started taking names out of it MAHABALI was about the 5th or 6th one that I tried and it worked! I still have that email address but rarely use it, so about 10 months ago I was looking for some AR15 info on the internet and stumbled upon this site and registered, I tried a couple of usernames but they were taken so I just used MAHABALI... |

From Greek mythology ... a river of fire in the infernal regions which flows beside an impenetrable city, where offenders whose guilt had not been revealed during their life on earth are given retributive justice, and are whipped with a scourge of scorpions.

I used to be a cubicle-dweller, and surfed WWW.DILBERT.COM quite often. A lot of the disgruntled employees who posted there would go by whatever they were most upset about and add -bert to the end of it, such as MyBossIsAnAssholeBert.
Coming here it just seemed to fit. |

You would think it's from my sig line, but actually, I'm a Locomotive Engineer. Oh and my name's Bob.

The first part of my name comes from Genesis 10:8-9
"Cush was the father of Nimrod, who grew to be a mighty warrior on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD; that is why it is said, 'Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the LORD.'" I'll let you figure out what the second part means. |

Just came up with it one night in chat.
My original name, SFoo was for Schlong Foo, but that's not always a welcome name on some boards. |

The "Uhlek" were an alien species not very friendly to the "Arthlings" (earthlings without the "e") in an old DOS 3.3 game called "Starflight" that came out in 1986.
Still my most favorite game to this day. It was a huge time suck that I wasted my life away with in Highschool. Here's a link-Starflight Fan Page |

Hokie: Castrated Rooster (Mascot for VA Tech)
Hokie: Sketchy, Over the top, Bogus Got the name my first year of college when some dorm residence watched me get tanked and grease the hallway with crisco then use my body as a bowling ball to knock down empties. Someone yelled out "that's a hokie way to get your bowling fix." Prideful moment. Now, as eternal punishment for my momentary lack of common sense, everyone I know calls me Hokie. Even my wife. ~Ho (not really castrated) kie |
