I have always wanted to go to the show.  I went to their site in October to get tickets.  They are out of tickets for months in advance but, you could request dates and leave a phone number for cancelations and extra tickets.  I had planned on being there later this month. I told her I just got home and that I tried everything to get tickets while I was there.  She said better luck next time.

I feel like Imbroglio...

There was a guy I used to work with who went to see the show three years ago and wound up getting picked from the audience to play "Guess Your Meats."

I went a few years ago with the GF.  Made a big trip to NY and did dinner and everything.  The show was the first time Jessie Jackson was ever one.  It was tame, boring and I just wanted to run up and tear the mans throat out in between narcaleptic (sp?) fits.  They let that Ahole talk for two whole guest slots.

Oh and the band was the same one that had just finished doing a live radio performance in the studio I was working at...so I had already heard the damn music.   It was the peak of all bad timing....Dinner was good though.

With a lackluster sob story like that, you can only [i]dream[/i] to be like Imbroglio. [:)]

Hrmmm, I'll bet the ticket department is staffed by Union workers... [;)]
