ALERT: Publix & Burdines proving funds for anti-gun program
Numerous folks from the Miami area are very upset about Publix supermarkets
and Burdines department stores assisting the anti-gun effort and promoting
crime by providing FREE $50 gift certificates for "gun buy-back" programs in
Florida.
These programs incite street thugs to break into homes and gun shops to steal
guns to turn in -- no questions asked -- for free $50 gift certificates.
The program also provides a "no questions asked" means for criminals to get
rid of guns used in crime -- which destroys evidence needed to help solve
crimes. So-called gun buy back programs promote and encourage gun crime.
If you are a Publix or Burdines customer and would like to express your views
on their participation in anti-gun programs, the addresses and phone numbers
