I have a Nikon with an 80mm objective that probably would fill the bill. All things being equal, try to get the biggest possible objective lens, as that controls light gathering ability. |

swarovski. too damn much. would like to stay under $1000. the kowa i'm looking at is an 88mm lens. 822 model

If you are going to spend $1K, for a few bucks more you can get the best optic on the planet. Really, they are so good it will be worth it.
The Swarovski 20-60x65 can be had for $1,199 from Cabela's. There are probably cheaper sources. You can get the big 20-60x80 for between $1K and $1,400 at [url]www.hotbuyselectronics.com[/url]. |
