Me.

Seriously, it would be a multi-bit screwdriver set that I have. It sees the most use.

18v impact

With a good bit set (I get the royobi kit with paddle, metal, and wood drill bits because the shits almost throw away cheap) and a few bit kits for screws (+/- torx and allen head) and a socket adapter,  you can tighten every screw in the house, put together knock down furniture in no time, throw molly clips in drywall easily, I've also used it on decks, tin roofs, all sorts of stuff...

Basically everything you could do with a drill, with the benefit of shooting screws easier without stripping.

One of those, a hammer, flat bar, saw and tape measure, you can get a lot done.

I was going to say cordless screwdriver but then Jane comes along and makes me realize I'm swimming in the deep end with no floaties.
