But I don't know where to go to have it printed. I'm not looking for a typical bumper sticker as this will be going on a rear window...mainly just text/phrase with a small graphic. I'm not even sure how to describe what I'm looking for, mainly I just want the letters/simple graphic left behind....not a rectangular sticker.
I could probably whip something up in photoshop, otherwise they'd need to have some sort of online editor.

Pixeldecals.com does a great job! I use him for all my Jeep decals and have had a lot of other people report good experiences. He can design something for you or "clean up" your own design to make it look best, and they only use high quality vinyl.

Try your local sign shop. You may be able to find it cheaper online though.
