plain ol blue dawn dish soap works pretty well also for the ultimate is mix gojo and dawn 50/50... that mix will take grease off of grease

lots of dish soap before you put water on your hands.. that gets 90%off then take a shower.. i swear the best way to get the stubborn stuff off is to wash your hair. really scrub your hands through your hair and they come out like you were never working on a car..

I finally went and bought a pair of Mechanix Gloves to avoid mucking up my hands under the shadetree. I still don't use them though.
