I got Pres Bush, Mrs Bush, the NRA, Henry Hyde, Tommy Thompson, and someone from McCallumn's campaign leaving auto-recorded messages, all encouraging me to go vote Republican (which, of course, I allready intended to do)... And of course, my parents are both in union jobs (mom's a teacher, and dad's a delivery truck driver), so despite the fact that they're both Republicans, we got someone from each union, plus Jim Bingo Doyle with instructions to vote Dem (yeah right!)...

I can't remember an election where we got so many different get-out-and-vote calls (even in 2000, we only got one or two...)

I live at college now, and you have to dial a ext. # to reach my dorm, making it impossible for a auto-dialer to reach me, problem solved.

believe it or not, not a single vote related call today... but the day is still young..
