News is already questioning where the gun came from, possibly a gun show.  The question was asked during the Alabama news conference.  The chief said they had visited a gun show during the investigation of the liquer store robbery.  

This may be one of the casualties we suffer from this lunatic.  I can hear John McCain talking now, "Close the Gunshow loop-hole! For the children!"

Let's assume he could've bought the gun legally. Does he have a record barring him of gun ownership? And some gun show vendors are in it for the money only. They give us a bad name selling to people they shouldn't. Not private sales but sales by FFLs, ect.
