Buried a good guy today that I will really miss. He was one of those hard working blue collar guys that would give a stranger the shirt off his back. He had a heart defect and always suspected that he would succumb to heart failure. No one ever dreamed that it would happen while he was yet so young. He left behind a wife and 2 step-kids. Loved the kids so much. He sold his prized 69 Z28 Camaro to be able to buy his step-son a good running car for the winter. He would frequently put in lots of overtime so that he could give his family things they wanted. At his funeral, it seemed like a thousand people turned out. Even his son's high school football team came. It really is true when they say that no man is poor when he has friends. Ron had many. God bless you Ron. We miss you and will never forget you.

Sorry to hear about your friend.  A good one is hard to find, and even harder to lose.

I am sorry for your loss.
I have been to too many funerals of of friends taken before their time. I know how you feel.
Take comfort in knowing that he is in a better place now. I know that for a fact.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend, and his family's loss of a father and husband.  Sounds like he lived a good life, short though it was.

Venerated,

Really sorry for your loss bro. It is never easy losing someone who's life was worth living. Lost my Grandpa two years ago, he was one of the few honorable men I never knew.
