Sure he will have nukes by Christmas. And Bush is going to void all the guns laws by Christmas too.
The simple fact is that Iraq does not have nuclear capability, and could not get a nuclear program up and running that fast. And if they could, it would show up on our satellites as soon as they started.
In any event, assuming for the moment that Iraq COULD get nukes, or that they MIGHT get nukes, does not mean they will. And the fact that they MIGHT is not enough to invade them.
We have no logical or moral reason to invade Iraq. Invading them is not what America stands for.
