I just saw some ice, if you can believe it, on the edge of the lake here. Of course it was only about enough to make some margaritas but ice is ice.

We got snow up here. A couple of inches, which is a good bit for us. It's melting now for the most part, but surprisingly it's only 33f. That's cold for here this time of year. Two days ago InfidelJoeBoband I put in the a/c I bought to replace the 40 year old unit that went haywire. I ran the a/c the next day for a couple of hours to check it out and to keep it 68f inside.
Let me admit. IJB did most of the work like cutting and stuff. I just helped lift it up in the hole in the wall and put my foot on the wood. |

Got down to 24 last night and is supposed to be around 20 tonight. We've got the wood burning stove loaded up and it's heating the house nicely. We put a heat lamp in the chicken coop, got to keep our girls warm.
