I recently procured a bottle of Michael Collins Irish Whiskey. I salute the Irish craftsmen in County Louth. What is your preference?

I've enjoyed Bushmills & Tullamore Dew.

There's more in that section of the LLS but I don't get down that way much.  I'm still working my way through the Scotch section.  I seem to be stuck, however, near the Lagavulin, Laphroig, and JW Black.

I decided to try a new one this week.  Concannon.  Aged in wine casks.  It's not bad, but not sure I'd buy again.
