Wasn't GM going to start selling Holden Commodores here again at some point? Sucks that the G8 bombed.

We couldn't agree on a price so now I drive a 600RWHP Shelby. I love my car, but there's still times I wonder if I should have just given that guy with the GXP what he wanted. |

Took the Holden, AKA 9C1 Caprice, for a test drive the other day. All I can say is
 ! I was out to test the Nissan NV. Well, the fleet guys at the dealer I was at handled the vans, and by chance the cop cars too. I saw the cop car poster on the wall and jokingly told them I wanted to try one of them. Well the guy grabbed that key too. I didn't flog it hard, but it got to 80 real fast! Would have went faster but to much holiday traffic Wednesday. It's the Pontiac G-8 with rubber floor mats.

I lived in NZ for a while. They love V8 cars. I myself liked there 4 dor sr5 pickup trucks with the 2.5 turbo diesel. They have cool cars down there

They went back to the winsor so they could actually get some power and then to the new modular engine. at one point the inline 6 engine for the falcon was putting out more power than the V8. IIRC it was 1997 and the XR6 had better figures than the XR8 |

Australians are nuts with their horsepower. My yella terra rockers are made there and a lot of individual throttle body manifolds are from there.
