How about a DPMS 24" Panther Deluxe several people I have spoke to say they shoot between 1/4 and 1/2 moa usually from 100m out to your ability as a shooter. One guy said he was shooting at 600m and 1000m with 69gr and 75gr and was very pleased with its performance.
