I'm not interested in rehashing the Hero Rifles saga.

Two times now I've pleaced an order for a hooded rear sight (and other rear sight parts) and two times they have failed to ship.

First time was about 2-3 months ago.

More recently, July 30 (I've alwways gotten my shipments in 2-3 days freom them)

They've in the past been excellent to deal with, but lately.....

Even their order taker seems cranky.

Anyone know anything??? Give me your good experiences too.

Called UPS and they basically said I'll just hafta wait till it gets there.

I said "Do I get a refund of my fee, since it shoulda been here 2-Aug????

Lady said "If you'd shipped it 1-Aug, I could refund your fee, but since you shipped it 30-Jul, sorry."

I said "can I talk to the Pres of the company."

She said "He couldn't change the rule."

I said "what? Is it a gov't rule?''

She said "No, we just adopted a policy that went into place 1-Aug."

I said "Yeesh. Buh-bye."

I say Enrow / Worldcom ain't the problem. I say the corporate mentality of "That's the rule...." is.

Every Package is probably being irradiated.
