Wasn't is part of Clinton's "plea agreement" that he would NOT seek to recover legal fees from the taxpayers?

I'm glad he's out of office too, but I'd prefer if he were in prison.

I am extactic that he is out of office, but disgraced that he was ever in to begin with. (And I didn't even vote for the ass monkey)

The Klinton dirtbags have spent most of their lives getting away with criminal behaviour that would land a normal person in the slammer.  They continuously operate with impunity by controlling public opinion through the sycophantic media.  While in the Oval Office, dirt bag Willie appointed federal prosecutors as well as an attorney general who would not prosecute him.
A new precedent was set.  An administration, in fact a political movement, ranked its survival and incumbency over the actual political process.  Why should they care if they sold weapons designs to the Chicoms?  The proceeds of the sales went to win an election that kept a totalitarian socialist in the highest office in the land where he could do "good".
I cannot wait to see Hitlery Klinton run for President.  It will be so funny to watch her get squelched.

Tidbit of information for you guys about Billy: http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/nuclear.html
This is 100% true.  I researched it.  My sources could not have been better (Declassified CIA documents).  Supposedly it was for a small campaign contribution(~$100,000) from the producer of the satellites.
In the words of a "GREAT" Democrat:
"If a man can't be faithful to his wife, how can he be faithful to his country."-Harry S. Truman

Edited to Add:
http://www.cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/1998/05/22/china.money/
Check out this quote from Billy: The president said the deal to launch U.S. satellites on rockets owned by other nations (China) was "correct" and "based on what I thought was in the national interest and supportive of our national security."

Chinese ICBMs = National Security...hmmmmm???

The very fact that Bill Klinton is alive, free and rich and that Hilary Klinton is alive, free, rich, and a senator is a great example of how stupid 50% of the people in the US are.

If this was a just and noble country the father of Monica would have shot him with a 12 gauge while the Secret Service Agents would have stood around laughing.  Of course that didn't happen because the father was a donor to the Demoncratic party and he was happy his daughter was getting attention from the President.

I used to work with an engineer who was quite fond of saying, "Remember, by definition, 50% of the population has an IQ below 100."

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I liked the Clinton years. Things were pretty good back then - compared to the present.

I hope you aren't referring to 9/11 and the problems surrounding it.  Because, as I recall, an attempt was made February 26, 1993 to bring down the world trade towers.  The plan was to have one tower collapse into the other and have everything topple down into a cloud of cyanide gas.  Luckily, the tower did not topple and the gas was burnt in the heat of the explosion.  This would taken many more lives than 9/11 (God forbid).  Clinton's response:  Send a missile over and brush it under the rug.  If they would have actively pursued terrorism back then, 9/11 may have been avoided.
Also, let us not forget Somalia, and the pussyfooting that cost 18 men their lives and injured many others.
If you are considering economically wise, I will say this:  Yes the economy was in good shape then, however, capitalism is a very unstable system.  It fluctuates up and down and it is influenced much more by uncontrollable factors than it is by executive legislation.

Point is this, the man is an adulterer, a liar, a draft dodger, and he has no place in our government.  PERIOD!

I don't/didn't like the Clintons. They both have an ability to be oblivious of reality.

However, in that same article it also says that Pres. Reagan, VP Bush, and 4 senior cabinet memebers had legaa fees reimbursed, I believe from Iran-Contra, because the investigation did not result in an indictment.

Clinton was investigated for YEARS because of Whitewater. He was never charged, she was never charged. I believe 3 people were convicted, as a result of Whitewater. It was an investigation that dragged on for years, and cost MILLIONS of dollars.

I don't like Clinton, but that whole investigation seemed to be about 1 branch of government using the tools at it's disposal to try harass another branch of government.

That is exaclty the kind of crap that you guys complain about here all the time. The whole thing was a waste of tax dollars and seemingly the work of people that wanted to use government processes to extract a "pound of flesh" from another person. Only in this case it was Congress going after the President.

Hey, we're all entitled to our opinions. I am a liberal (*gasp*) and a democrat (*eek!*), so of course I disagree with some of Bush's policy.

In response to a post above; No. I am not specifically referring to the events surrounding 9/11, however I think that our inflated sense of patriotism DUE TO 9/11 is helping Bush's approval ratings stay where they are.

If not for that event, I doubt as many people would approve of his behavior/policy.

As far as the lying, sex, and adultery goes.. all I can say is that politicians lie. It's practically in the job description. I am very careful not to concern myself with the private lives of others. Simply because it's none of my business. He may be an adulterer, but that's for Bill & Hillary to worry about.

Again, just my opinion.  =)

I can not agree more with you.  You are 100% right.  As a matter of fact, that is a big annoyance of mine now.  You will not believe how many American flags I pick up off the ground when I am jogging around my block.  That is one thing that makes me sick.  Like someone doesn't have 2 seconds out of their "busy" day to pick up the SYMBOL OF OUR FREEDOM! [pissed]

I do agree that politicians lie.  Hell, we all lie!  But when you sit there on TV and lie dead to the faces of millions of Americans, that I can not tolerate.  It is not like this matter had any impact on national security.  If it did, then maybe it would warrant a lie.

You are right that his adultery has no "direct" impact on us and we should not be concerned with it.  However, I will quote myself on this one:
Quoted:
"If a man can't be faithful to his wife, how can he be faithful to his country."-Harry S. Truman
