That means that he'll have virtually nothing to show as an accomplishment for his legacy, which he is so worried about. He'll go down in history as the ultimate do nothing president.

I'm sure they are serious people who take their jobs seriously. I think some of them are completely wrong in their interpretation of a lot of words, but I really think they think they are right.
