i'll second that, from casual observation.
looks like a clone that someone (eagle gun co) probably made after the hi-cap ban, so they made it to accept MAC mags so you could use hi-caps. and is that a weaver rail along the top of the barrel? |

Photo below from 1966 Gun Digest. They were cheaply made of stamped steel, configured (obviously) to look like a Thomson.
