Fox news just broadcast that two pilots just got busted for pushing past airport sceeners, boarding a plane, entering the cockpit and taxiing the plane onto the strip before getting arrested.

I know this is serious stuff, but this just strikes me as funny.

This happened in Fargo, ND a few years ago with some Northwest pilots. The captain had over 20 rum and cokes the night before the flight and was still quite intoxicated the next moring while they flew to Minneapolis. The first officer was also under the influence (according to Federal Aviation Regulations).

The more of these morons that get fired, the better for me. I need a flying job!!

America West has a lousy safety record, from what I heard.  I quit flying them about four years ago.
