Doubt teacher was beating kid.    I'm guessing he was trying to stop a fight.





Either way, kid hit head, had seizure.   Teacher in jail tonight.





Tough call for me, normally anti-teacher, but also anti-punk kid...
ETA:   3 counts of Aggravated Battery, 4 counts of Battery, and 2 counts of Reckless Conduct.

ETA:   shit, I thought this happened today (on the news).   Guess it happened in Oct & teacher turned himself in today...    (so might be a dupe from 3 mo ago???)
