We have covered Guitar Godz, drummers, bass players, lead singers, and keyboards so why not albums? It does not need to be your favorite of all time, but something you are listening to and really love.

For me-- "Electric" by The Cult.
No Nancy Boy ballads, and every song hits.
I like to bend the traffic laws while "Bad Fun" blares out when I slalom through traffic. What is one of yours and why?

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon

When I was in High School there was a local Pizza place that I would take my steady girl friend to. I would always play "Money" on the Juke Box. She would always laugh because I would sing along with it. She was a great girl and I have very fond memories of her and those times.

OK, I just turned 40, here's my list (so far, and in no particular order)

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon (actually, that is #1)
Eric Clapton - 461 Ocean Blvd.
The Eagles - Hotel California
Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Led Zepplin - IV
The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Metallica - Metallica
AC/DC - Back in Black
Pink Floyd - The Wall
Fleetwood Mac - Rumors
The Police - Synchronicity (without "Mother")
U2 - The Joshua Tree

Just picked up Uncle Tupelo, 89/93 Anthology, and Son Volt, Trace.

Holy shit.

Uncle Tupelo was a cult band that combined post-punk and country. All their old albums are out of print, they only sold about 50,000 of them anyway, and you don't hear them on the radio. They're amazing. In another decade they'll probably be regarded, in retrospect, as one of the most influential bands ever, a landmark.

The ex-Tupelos went on to form Son Volt and Wilco.

Allman Brothers Band---Live at the Filmore East

Eric Johnson---Ah Via Musicom

Rush---just about anything

Neil Young sucks, and so does all the retro and grunge. If I hear another female vocalist, I'll puke up my spleen and beat her to death with it. And all metal sounds the same to me, like the a head-on collision of freight trains.

MTV was the death of rock as we knew it.
