Hi there, Just wanted you nice folks to know that if I was out of law school instead of just finished with my second year, I'd be initiating a civil suit against you at this time for your ignorant and negligent actions regarding the executives and employees of one Cavalry Arms, Inc., whose very lives were put at risk when personnel employed by Cruiseamerica deceitfully and tortiously attempted to deprive them of their right to travel peaceably through the state of Oklahoma. This of course occurred after their rented vehicle experienced a very dangerous and nearly catastrophic tire blowout, the circumstances of which could potentially lead a jury to believe that the rented vehicle was not properly inspected and/or maintained by Cruiseamerica. Furthermore, the unilateral termination of the rental contract by employees of Cruiseamerica, while possibly valid under the boilerplate language of said contract, would most likely not be enforceable in a court of law, and, once again, would probably not be recieved well by a jury of peers worried that their next rental car might be snatched out from under them by a large corporation for no rational reason whatsoever. Finally, the firearms being transported by Cavalry Arms were completely legal under the National Firearms Act of 1939, as you now know, and were being legally and peaceably transported through the state at the time employees of Cruiseamerica unwisely attempted to use the Oklahoma State police as stooges to unlawfully deprive the occupants of the vehicle of their liberty. Fortunately for all involved the peace officers acted honorably, in accordance with the 4th, 6th, and 14th amendments, thwarting the efforts of Cruiseamerica. Next time, do your homework before you call the cops for something you know nothing about, meatheads. Consider this an easy and cheap lesson learned, and have a nice day. i have gone one better, i emailed them and found out the dealer i bought my car from is a broker for them. I politely informed him of this issue and vowed to take my business elsewhere as long as he is associated with them. {i have bought 2 cars there so far and will be buying a 3rd next year}
He was very interested in this as he is a sport shooter also. mike |

To wit: I would just like to take the time to write you people a little note to share my disgust with the way you handled one of your customers, namely, Shawn Nealon of Mesa, AZ. I am a friend of Shawn's, and was looking forward to seeing him and his crew when they arrived in the St. Louis area. Instead, when YOUR vehicle blows a tread due to improper preventive maintenance, and they call you for assistance, YOUR people call the police because they have advised you that they are transporting firearms, including machine guns. LEGALLY. It was very nice for the 12 year old son of another of my friends to be taken into a ditch at gunpoint in the middle of the night. In the future, might I suggest that you contact a tow company? Please be advised that though I am in the market to rent an RV for this summer's vacation, you are below the bottom of my list. If you intend to have ANY customers, I would recommend that you SUPPORT them, and not intentionally cause them more distress than they are in already.
