http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_2/1061675_Video_Embedding_with_Old_School_Editor_.html Very easy and no more jumping between editors when you want to embed video. Grab the URL of the Youtube video you want to embed and then click the video button in the options below your text box. 
Paste the URL in the box. 
Click OK. Should look like this. 
And viola'!
