Go for it. OH may allow CCW some day soon and some states make it very easy for NRA Cert. Instructors to get theirs and you will help in meeting the demand for training once that does happen. Took two days, each about eight to ten hours long. Cost me $75, but that's completely up to the instructor.

I did recieve a Basic Pistol Cert. as a part of recieving the Instructor Cert. Seemed more like one course with the Instructor part just that much more in depth over and above the Pistol class. It wasn't a seperate class is what I'm trying to say.
