I had rotator cuff surgery on March 3, 2011. The tendon repair healed just fine but my Physical Therapist is having one hell of time getting my upper humerus to sit properly.  From what I understand the humeral head normally “glides down” as one would raise their arm. Any experience with this? I have heard this is referred as “hiking-the-shoulder”.
