Photo shop that takes passport photos-I know a guy who had 'em taken in one of those photo booths at the mall where it takes the picture for a buck in quarters and spits out photoes.

Photos? Ha! In NY try a check with the mental health department, four references that have lived in the county for X years and are not related to you, criminal background check, fingerprints sent to the FBI & my county has a cool judge, the bad ones make you take a class and some restrict your permit (semi-illegally) to hunting and target shooting while other counties restrict the types of pistols you can own. Then all your pistols WITH THE SERIAL NUMBERS are listed on your permit and with the county clerk. Out of annoyance I demanded to see other people's pistol permits-they are public records-just to show that I could get their serial numbers, but was told that I would have to file a freedom of information act request that would be reviewed by the county attorney's office. Be glad you don't live here-it is ridiculous.

The Division of Licensing took my photo for the application at the time I submitted the app.

Hey Gamesniper, AZ ain't all that firearm friendly, you may be able to carry anything you want without listing specific guns on your permit, but you CAN'T carry into ANY place that sells alcohol...restraunts, grocery stores, mini marts, anyplace...not legally of course. We in Nevada do not have that restriction, but we must qualify with the guns we are going to carry, I'll take ours anyday over yours. [:D]

The Hells Angels were from Cali, it's not my fault there are no decent place to hang out in AZ, but it's ok with us. You might want to check on that sell or serve thing, you told me a while ago any place that sells it is off limits, either way I'd take ours [:P]
