Correct and.... Who knows. It made 672 at the wheels and never heard from the guy after he picked it up.

What's up with the "Memphis Belle" there?  That is a B-17G, and the Memphis Belle was a B-17F.   And, what's up with the cowling on the #3 being checkered?   I didn't think The Belle had that on her paint job.

I've got pictures of the same aircraft at Imperial War Museum Duxford.  It was one of the planes used to shoot some of the scenes for the Memphis Belle movie, in fact the left side of the nose has different nose art entirely.
