If you had seen all the numbers that were on the check that I signed away yesterday you wouldn't be asking me that. You would already know that I am BROKE.

I haven't decided on the type of safe yet. Now that I have room I'm going to supplement the little safes that I've got now and I'm going to buy something quite a bit more giganticer. [:)]

I have the exact same cabinets,
"pickle maple" is the color, looks like blue with ragged on white.
Are the centers of the cabinet doors removable?
If so, don't slam them because all the little plastic holders will break. I've also got the same ceiling fan you have. 3 bulbs to burn out instead of just one.
Nice looking house, you'll have to post "before" and "after" pics once you get moved in.

That's the kids tv & VCR that I brought over so they could watch movies while I worked. My big TV is sitting right in front of me hooked up to my X-Box with Halo on pause. [:)]

You're more than welcome Don. Once I get everything moved in you can have the bottom shelf of my reloading bench all to yourself. You'll have to bring your own blanket though unless my Dillon cover will be enough.

Nice place!!

I am sitting here dreaming up all sorts of games that could be played in that shower!!

The only down side I can see is possible water damage in the gun room??

I think you are going to want to hard wire a de-humidifier.

I was waiting for somebody to catch that. And you are exactly right. It originally wasn't there when I first went to look at the house, but after all of the rain we have had in the last month it became evident in my last few visits.

There is some improper drainage right outside the door that causes the water to come underneath the door when it rains too much. This room was originally a detatched garage. I should be able to fix the leaking problem with just some french draining and adjustment of the downspouts.

That little bit of damage which I figure will probably cost me a couple hundred bucks or so to repair saved me a couple of thousand when I started negotiating the price close to closing. Other than that and the huge door you can see in the pics that was hidden and I didn't notice until yesterday, everything else looks to be in pretty good order. I'll probably be keeping all of the guns in the house until the water problem is fixed.

Man, your sharp!  Good eye for detail.  I glanced at each pic and completely missed the damage.

Ironically, a guy name Stormbringer is the one that noticed the storm damage,,,

NICE!

That's awesome you got your own gun room. I've been lucky enough to have one of the small rooms in our new house dedicated as "the guy room". But man, yours is big!

Also, dig the walk in shower with the bench. That's so freaken cool.

I'm guessing the woman is happy too? With a kitchen like that, I can't imagine why she wouldn't be.

Well, not really. I'm three houses from the biggest park in the city and two blocks from an elementary school. I'm about as much in the center of town as I can get.

Damn, Ponyboy, that's one nice house you got for yourself there!

Better watch out for that large shower with the bench seating, though!

You can get into real trouble in one of those!
