Check Safariland and Gould and Goodrich. The Safariland 070 (SSIII) is a great security holster for both pistol and revolver. I know they used to make it in 5". It locks to the belt with two set screws. It is a laminate material, and is available in Cordova, flat black and BW. If you can find out who disposed of Florida Highway Patrols leather, they used to carry a security holster with 5" N frame Smiths and Pythons. Hope this helps.

Wow, I just checked out Safariland and DeSantis' web sites. No joy on 5" models. What kind of K frame do you carry? 5", is this a special run for the department?

Stg44 I e-mailed them about a model 070. We carry the model 10. I'm looking for one for me to use on the range. I'm stuck with the Gould & Goodrich holster for duty.
